This notice explains how AutoLeap AI (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2021/729460/07) handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
This website has no forms, analytics or advertising trackers. We receive personal information only when you email us: your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to operate, such as our email and hosting providers, some of which store data outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard consistent with POPIA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing our Information Officer at sebe@autoleapai.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
